2018 Jeep Wrangler JL, A7 Grille Insert

ASSEMBLY:

The A7 Machined grille was designed by Ablaze, keeping the infamous signature Jeep slots with an aggresive Ablaze touch. The aluminum frame features a mill cut chamfer along the inner edge of frame grille openings. Polished stainless bolts are used to hold the grille together along as a component for a sturdy and clean installation.

INSTALLATION:

When we design our grilles we also take into consideration the installation. We ensure our grille is not inferior in any way to OEM standards. We have designed simple and easy installation. The stainless bolts that are used to achieve the unique characteristics of this grille are also used as installation hardware.

We have designed an installation frame which is placed from the inside of the grille shell. The installation procudure consists of compressing the OEM grille shell using the bolts from the Brute grille insert and installation frame for a sturdy and safe  installation and fitment.

Note, this grille installas as a full opening insert, therefore cutting/trimming is required.

THE FINISH:

Outer frame and mesh are powder coated to a high gloss black then all inner edges of frame is given a mill cut chamfer. After machined, the aluminum billet frame is powdercoated in a gloss clear to preserve aluminum from oxidizing and to inrich the machined finish.
