2018 Jeep Wrangler JL, Brute Machined Grille Insert

ASSEMBLY:

The precision laser cut frame extends to inch and a half around each of the real bolts to give it a unique, studded look. Grille consists of the main frame, steel woven wire mesh. The Brute grille assembles all together with real -polished, stainless steel bolts to provide a truly unique and distinguished grille. Bolts are hex head therefore our Brute grille was designed accordingly to follow the structure a shape of each bolt.

INSTALLATION:

When we design our grilles we also take into consideration the installation. We ensure our grille is not inferior in any way to OEM standards. We have designed simple and easy installation. The stainless bolts that are used to achieve the unique characteristics of this grille are also used as installation hardware.

We have designed an installation frame which is placed from the inside of the grille shell. The installation procedure consists of compressing the OEM grille shell using the bolts from the Brute grille insert and installation frame for a sturdy and safe  installation and fitment.

Note, this grille installs as a full opening insert, therefore cutting/trimming is required.

THE FINISH:

Outer frame and mesh are powder coated to a high gloss black then the inner edge of frame is given a mill cut chamfer. After machined, the aluminum billet frame is powdercoated in a gloss clear to preserve aluminum from oxidizing and to enrich the machined finish.
